The restaurant serves simple seasonal food sourced locally where possible. We also use vegetables and fruit from our own garden where the kitchen team participate in the growing and picking of the produce. The dining room provides a warm, elegant atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable service. Working with local wine merchant Solent Cellar, we consistently change our wine selection seasonally. The terrace is open weather permitting year round and is the perfect spot to watch the sunset, or enjoy the sunshine during the summer months.
The bar serves local ales, premium lager and an excellent selection of imported beers, ciders, and spirits. A menu of classic cocktails is on hand for the perfect aperitif. We serve tea and coffee as well as cream teas or full Afternoon Tea with jams & scones and a creative assortment of treats and sandwiches, all of which can be enjoyed in our drawing room or in the garden and terrace during the spring and summer. Breakfast is available for non-residents, please be sure to call ahead as mornings when the hotel is fully booked, breakfast is very busy.
