The Dining Room serves rustic, seasonal food sourcing products both British and locally where appropriate. The food is fresh, seasonal, delicious, simple and satisfying. Anytime we can, vegetables and fruit from our own kitchen garden where the Head Chef and their team participate in the growing and picking of the produce, play an important part in our kitchen.
The dining room provides a warm, elegant atmosphere with friendly and knowledgeable service. Working with our local wine supplier, Solent Cellar, we consistently change our wine selection each season. A selection that is both varied in its grape varietals and geographic locations, concise but interesting, a good balance and most of all fun. A choice that will surprise and hopefully delight.
The terrace is open weather permitting year round and is the perfect spot to watch the sun go down over the Forest, or enjoy the sunshine during the summer months.

The bar serves local ales, premium lager and an excellent selection of imported beers, ciders spirits and soft drinks. A menu of classic cocktails is on hand for the perfect aperitif. We serve tea and coffee as well as cream teas and cakes, we also offer full Afternoon Tea with jams & scones and a creative assortment of treats and sandwiches, all of which can be enjoyed in our drawing room or in the garden and terrace during the summer.
Breakfast is also available for non-residents, please be sure to call before though as during mornings when the hotel is fully booked breakfast is very busy.
