What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 3pm and check-out is by 11am.
Is there parking at the hotel?
There is ample free parking at The Manor At Sway within our private car park.
Can we bring our dog with us?
Dogs are welcome at The Manor At Sway and can stay with you in your bedroom, priced at £15 per night for one dog and £20 per night for two dogs. It is important to contact us directly when booking as they are allowed only on the first floor.
Are there a variety of bedrooms to choose from?
We offer 4 different types of bedrooms, starting at a Cosy Loft Room and going up to a Manor Room. Other options include a Cosy Room and Classic Room. Each can be viewed for further details and selected when booking online.
What does a dinner, bed and breakfast stay include?
Guests staying on a dinner, bed and breakfast rate have a two-course dinner included each night. This can be a starter and main course or main course and dessert if preferred. You can choose to enjoy a third course which will be charged in addition. Guest will also enjoy a complimentary tea and scone during their stay and breakfast each morning.
Can The Manor At Sway cater for guests with food allergens or intolerances?
Yes, we can. Please tell a member of staff if you or one of your dinner guests has a food allergy. Your restaurant host will confirm with the chef regarding the ingredients for the dishes on the menu. Please ask how we can amend the menu to accommodate your dietary needs.
Are non-residents able to enjoy the Manor At Sway?
Absolutely. Please drop by for a morning coffee, lunch, afternoon tea, a drink in the bar or for dinner. Dining reservations can be made online or by calling us directly on 01590 682754.
Is it possible to host a private event, function or wedding at The Manor At Sway?
We can host dinners, family gatherings, parties, celebrations and weddings. Our location has ample parking and is set within private grounds for that all important special occasion or once in a lifetime event. Exclusive use is also available to enable full use of the hotel and grounds with just your private group for company.
What wedding packages do you offer?
We will create a bespoke wedding to best suit the couple’s needs and preferences. All weddings include exclusive use of the hotel, the grounds and all the bedrooms. The Manor At Sway is licensed for a civil ceremony and with private grounds, we can accommodate a marquee for a larger wedding.
Does The Manor At Sway offer free Wi-Fi?
Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel and bedrooms.
Are there special offers available for booking overnight stays?
We always offer our guests preferential rates when booking directly with us. Our exclusive advance purchase rate offers a saving of 12% when paying for the stay at the time of booking. Seasonal offers are also available, such as our New Forest Break with its many inclusions.
Does The Manor At Sway offer gift vouchers?
We offer a selection of afternoon tea, dining and monetary vouchers. These are valid for a year from the date of purchase and can be sent directly to your recipient should you choose. Please see our gift voucher site for full details.
